Robbie Gil, Josh Dion Booze Cruise

Went with some friends to see two local musicians play some music on a booze cruise around Manhattan.  It was a really nice night.  The weather was great.  Drinks were, expectedly, super expensive, but I had my camera to keep me busy.

Robbie Gil opened.  Josh Dion closed.  Both rocked.

RG, at work.

I was able to get a few good pics from the boat, looking at the city as well.  This one reminds me of a James Bond movie, what with the boats and helicopters…

This just happened to be a neat view of the New Yorker building and the Empire State Building.

All this happened around the same time that the Waterfalls were on display.  Viewing them from the boat was a treat.  Sadly, I wasn’t able to get a decent shot of any of them…

  • Isn’t it crazy that we’re both Half-Kenyan dudes from Illinois who went to Harvard, who’ve been on the cover of Rolling Stone, and play basketball, and have resoundingly good looks?
